SITE EVALUATION
Every project is unique. We'll review the site first to identify issues and ensure it's a good candidate for our system. All we need are some basic project details and goals.

SITE INVESTIGATION
Site investigation, pavement design, and site specific custom asphalt mix design to ensure long-lasting performance. We'll core the site, verify existing thicknesses, quantify base and subgrade support, and collect material to develop our custom mix design in the lab.

SPECIFICATION AND BIDDING
No headache, no extra work. Our specification ensures you get what you need and we'll work with your partners to make the bidding process simple.

RECLAIM & RECYCLE
Existing asphalt is milled and sent to our mobile ENCORE mixing plant to be reclaimed and recycled. There, millings are screened and mixed with additives as prescribed from the custom mix design. The recycled asphalt mix is then loaded into trucks for delivery back to the work area, ready for paving.

PAVE
We work with the paving contractor to ensure the mix is placed properly. Armed with the latest QA/QC methods developed by the National Center for Asphalt Technology, we ensure the mix will perform.

SURFACE
Our custom mix utilizes specific technologies to accelerate the curing process to apply the final surface treatment in as little as 24 hours or less. We'll help you choose the surface treatment that best meets your project needs and goals.
